In weekend yoga practice refresh your body and mind with many techniques of Surya Namasker, asana (poses), Pranayama, kriya and meditation. We will use these techniques in all aspects of Yoga; Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. Suryanamaskar (Sun salutation) the practice supports development of the koshas.The practice of asana is considered to: improve flexibility, improve strength, improve balance, reduce stress and anxiety, breath is a beneficial for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, increase energy and decrease fatigue improve birth outcomes. The entirety of breathing practices includes those classified as pranayama, as well as others called svarodaya, or the "science of breath". Meditation reduces stress. It improves concentration. It encourages a healthy lifestyle. The practice increases self-awareness. It increases happiness. Meditation increases acceptance. It slows aging.
