The 300-Hour YTT is an advanced yoga teacher training program designed to deepen your knowledge, skills, and experience as a yoga teacher. It builds upon the foundation established in a 200-hour YTT and allows you to explore more advanced techniques and concepts. Upon completion, you can register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance (or a relevant governing body).
The 300-Hour YTT is specifically designed for those who have already completed a 200-Hour training. It focuses on expanding your knowledge, experience, and skill-set as a yoga teacher and practitioner. The 300-Hour delves deeper into advanced topics, offers more practice teaching and provides a platform for creating a more nuanced, and refined practice. It will help you to find your unique voice as a yoga teacher.

We provide an immersive and transformative experience, encouraging you to refine your personal practice, delve into deeper philosophical inquiry, and develop advanced teaching skills with a specific focus on alignment, advanced asanas and sequencing. We focus on a balanced approach to teach the eight limbs of yoga.
To be eligible for our 300-Hour YTT, you must have successfully completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from a Yoga Alliance-registered school (or a school that meets equivalent standards). We also expect a dedicated personal practice and a strong desire to learn and evolve as both a student and a teacher of yoga. You may be asked to show proof of your 200 hour completion certificate.
While our program is grounded in the principles of ancient style of Hatha Yoga, we explore a wider range of practices that allow for deeper insight. We may delve into the subtleties of restorative yoga, Yin yoga and kundalini yoga and subtle energy work. The focus will always remain on creating a well-rounded understanding of the path of yoga and a personal and unique teaching style rooted in the traditions of Patanjali.
The 300-Hour YTT curriculum includes:

- Advanced Pranayama and Breathing Practices: Exploring more subtle and advanced pranayama techniques.

Our focus should be on the yoga training not on the food because food is one small aspect of the training. The goal of yoga is to rejuvenate body and mind. As less you eat carbos you find your goal.

According to the yoga and Ayurveda a human need to eat only 2 healthy meals a day and between 2 meal most have an 8-hour gap. 2 meals a day promotes better digestion, improves sugar control, reducing ins, unnecessary secretion potentially leading to a more stable energy level due to less blood sugar fluctuations.
